4 Weeks Online Personal Training

The 4 Weeks Online Personal Training package consists of an outline of a diet based on your stats and activity level. It will outline a cardio format, training regimen, and sample menu that will cover 4 weeks.

The One Personal Evaluation does not include e-mails, monthly stat checks, or me making tweaks. It's just an outline to get you going on the right track. You are allowed one e-mail for me to answer any questions you may have about the program.

This program is best for those who have a good understanding about how dieting to lose fat works. I would not recommend this one to the person who is interested in fast weight loss, who want's changes in the diet from week to week, or who over does cardio thinking it will make them lose fat, etc., simply because they could be blind-sided without me keeping track of them like I do with the package online training programs.

Only the packages of 6 weeks or more include monthly stat checks and unlimited e-mails, pep- talks and whatever you may need. With the packages of 6 weeks or more tweaks are based on your progress or lack of. Tweaks can come in the form of manipulating carbs, calories, or cardio. It just all really depends on how you are progressing.

 

6 Weeks or more Online Personal Training

The Online Personal Training packages of 6 weeks or more include a detailed outline based on your personal stats and activity level.

Your program will include a diet, sample menu, cardio and weight training regime. With any package of 6 weeks or more you have unlimited support via e-mail and are encouraged to e-mail me progress pictures every two weeks to ensure your program is working as desired.

Each program is outlined for one month. After one month on your formatted fitness program you will check-in using the check-in form. I will review your progress and make any necessary tweaks so you can continue your fitness journey.

6 Weeks - 1 check-in, tweaks, 2 more weeks to finish
8 Weeks - 2 check-ins, tweaks
10 Weeks - 2 check-in, tweaks, 2 more weeks to finish
12 Weeks - 3 check-ins, tweaks
14 Weeks - 2 check-ins, tweaks, 2 more weeks to finish
16 Weeks - 4 check-ins, tweaks
18 Weeks - 4 check-ins, tweaks, 2 more weeks to finish
20 Weeks - 5 check-ins, tweaks
Full Year - 48 check-ins, tweaks
